I have a new Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and this feature has always worked perfectly. Now it still loads on my PC when I boot up but I get a message "Sorry an error has occurred and we can't process your request right now. We apologize for any inconvenience. Retry" Retrying doesn't help. I've even uninstalled this feature and re-installed and it still doesn't work.</P> <P>Does anyone else use it and if so, is it working? What platform are you using, Windows 7, Windows 2000, Vista, what?
