I have verification they recieved it 1/7/11, two weeks ago today, and they still have not refunded my money. How long is this suppose to take? I did not use their return label, snail mail labels and they take even longer. I returned it myself though USPS.</P> <P>At HSN they enclose a prepaid label, you mail it to them, and they get it in two business days. I track everything....They process it to your account the next business day. That is the way it should be done. Three days total...instead of two weeks and still waiting??? It was a small item.
