      <title>10 Days and Still In Process</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A&amp;nbsp;few of weeks ago, I ordered a&amp;nbsp; watch that was IN PROCESS for 5 days.&amp;nbsp; It seemed like more, but my order page said that it was shipped after five days.&amp;nbsp; I am used to slow delivery on the part of the US mail, but most items usually ship out for me in a couple of days.&amp;nbsp; I checked each day, and finially the watch shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then ordered a Dooney bag on clearance that was IN PROCESS for 10 days before shipping.&amp;nbsp; It finially arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I ordered a sterling charm bracelet on October 3.&amp;nbsp; Today, October 10, ten days later it is STILL IN PROCESS.&amp;nbsp; What in the world?&amp;nbsp; Didn't QVC used to guarantee that items would be received in 7 -10 days?&amp;nbsp; How can that&amp;nbsp;happen if&amp;nbsp;it takes more than 10 days just to&amp;nbsp;get it in the mail?&amp;nbsp; (11, 12, 13, Who knows?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I fear that with the new lower charges, the QVC&amp;nbsp;may have reduced its manpower to save money.&amp;nbsp; So many companies have done that, and its the customer service that suffers.&amp;nbsp; I would rather pay more for shipping if that is the case.&amp;nbsp; Their fast, great service was the biggest thing that has kept me coming back to QVC for so many years.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;hope that this is just a fluke.&amp;nbsp; Maybe there is a strange flu going around the company and is causing a&amp;nbsp;delay in getting the orders out.&amp;nbsp; I hope that this is not a permanent situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too was frustrated at the length of time an item spent in "in process" limbo.&amp;nbsp; I called customer service, sent emails, and did live chats.&amp;nbsp; All I got was a vague brushoff.&amp;nbsp; Finally, one rep explained that they have a warehouse in South Carolina and they were being impacted by the floods.&amp;nbsp; That makes sense, so I can be patient and stuff will get here when it gets here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just knew they were going to eventually cancel my order because now it was showing "sold out".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I kept calling CS but they just said not to worry. Of course, I worried because in the past year they've cancelled three TSVs or OTOs on me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It finally shipped on October 13th but, unfortunately now it's headed to the SC "Bermuda Triangle" warehouse... I ordered it today, Oct. l4, so he would get it on time. She told me the received date would be Oct. 28. I asked why it wasn't a 7-10 day delivery, as usual.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, this "in process" process is all over the map. I ordered 2 sets of the TSV Berkshire sheets a couple weeks ago. I ordered them the same day, they were the same size, but, 2 different colors. One of the colors, the host said was sold out and would not ship until the middle of October. I got that set in 7 days. The color that was in stock came 5 days later..go figure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have said this before. &amp;nbsp;I think the "In Process" plus the shipping time has a lot to do with the warehouse shipping the item. &amp;nbsp;Some warehouses are dramatically better than others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

She stated that in about a week the issue with the jewelry warehouse in SC would be resolved. They moved it from PA to SC and then had the flooding.
