I know that orders were known to be a couple to maybe 3 days in processing but I've had recent orders processing for 5 days or more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF"&gt;But what really is a concern for me is how it seems availability is not as accurate as it used to be. I ordered a jacket and after it was processing for 5 days it went to back order. When I placed my order it was available. I've read recent posts in particular one today about a Wen order that also had the same issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF"&gt;One thing I used to love about QVC is how accurate their inventory management was. In the over 10 years I've been shopping here I have always received my orders with no issue until recently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF"&gt;Once I place my order I've bought it!! I don't want to find out days later that I'm not getting it when I did my part.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What has happened with the slow shipping.&amp;nbsp; I waited weeks for a pair of shoes.&amp;nbsp; And have noticed that everything I order is taking forever in processing and actually ship time is very slow.&amp;nbsp; Seems that when they changed their shipping policy eveything slowed down.&amp;nbsp; Will not be ordering anything for Christmas!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad you posted this. It's been discussed in other places but this is the best location for us to post our experiences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me, everything is now taking the full ten days and often more from order to arrival. I ordered two sweaters on the 18th and they still show "in process" today, 9/23. A necklace I ordered arrived after 15 days from date of order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Returns are taking forever too. I sent something back and it took more tha 3 weeks for the return to arrive to PA and be processed. During that time the return shipping information was NEVER updated. Not once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And Customer Service will no longer help with a change to an order, even if it's just a day after being placed. Not cancelling mind you, just a different size or color. They say its too late, but then the item shows "in process" for more than a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is definately happening that's new and not good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000" size="3"&gt;I live 20 minutes from Studio Park and about 40 minutes from their Lancaster warehouse.&amp;nbsp; I used to get things within 3-5 days of my order for clothing, makeup, etc.&amp;nbsp; They used to have the jewelry warehouse in West Chester and closed that and moved it south.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea what they are doing, it appears I am getting stuff from Va and SC and it takes forever.&amp;nbsp; Here is an idea, move your enitre inventory to KY or Tenn where ever Zappos is located so you are shipping everything from a major hub and it is CENTRAL to all of the US OF A.&amp;nbsp; QVC should be investing their money in speeding up order to carrier to customer, instead of buying Zulily.&amp;nbsp; They should probably review the warehouse picking procedures as well.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Order processing may take forever.&amp;nbsp; But once your order is in process, you are not able to cancel it.&amp;nbsp; Tried earlier this week and no go.&amp;nbsp; But the product did not ship for days after I ordered and I still have not received it.&amp;nbsp;I am&amp;nbsp;more and more hesitant to order from the Q due to these shipping problems and the fact that the return shipping is not refunded.&amp;nbsp; HSN has a really smart policy.&amp;nbsp; Return shipment is credited to your account as Spendable Kash so you can deduct that amount from new oders that you place.&amp;nbsp; QVC is no longer customer friendly.&amp;nbsp; A big push at my company is ECE (Excellent Customer Experience)&amp;nbsp; I think that QVC may want&amp;nbsp; to implement a similar program because I don't see many postings reflecting ECE lately.&amp;nbsp; Mostly complaints about their policies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just today received my Linea plum leather jacket which I ordered minutes after it went online like 11 or 12 days ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Shipping times have noticeably expanded since they rearranged their shipping prices a couple of months ago. Don't think this is a positive business model, they will figure it out sooner or later.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is not often the case with other orders I place, although I have experienced slower shipping overall. I went to live chat to ask about it. Rather than doing something simple like just refunding my shipping and apologizing for the delay (tracking has not been updated since the 24th), the rep told me, "oh, it's 10 days from the date of shipping". I pasted the exact line from their own shipping policy page that it's 7-10 days from date of order. "Oh, that doesn't include weekends," she said. I asked her to show me where it says that in their policy. She told me that clearly I didn't understand that weekends are not week days. I pointed out that the EDD on the order is the 28th, which would have been 10 days from the date of order and included weekends. She told me to expect the page by October 3rd and disconnected from the live chat.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is not the QVC I once knew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find products on clearance and the xmas items come in 3 to five days, shoes seem to take 7 to&amp;nbsp;10 days and I usually can expect clothing in 5 days. Jewelry for some reason takes 7 to 10 days. I get deliveries from both UPS and US mail equally it seems and our service is great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an in stock TSV, it sat "in processing " for 16 days before shipping! I currently have 12 orders in processing, 8 for over a week. I have called customer service. They had no explanation for it. I was told someone from management would contact me within 3 days - did not happen. They must be lost "in processing "! &amp;nbsp;As is happening with other customers, the orders sit in processing so long that they sell out - some not available for waitlist. I have other orders on waitlist, that show for days that they are available- but apparently not for me sitting on waitlist. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I guess QVC does not need my business anymore. Like most companies these days, the only people you can get thru to are CS reps - who have no authority and limited knowledge. They are great at stock answers, written down, in front of them, but that's it. I am open to any suggestions. This is becoming More effort than QVC is worth.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think the shipping is getting slower...my orders have always arrived 7 to 10 days after I order, and they still do. &amp;nbsp;I also don't care if UPS turns them over to the post office. I actually prefer that as the mail carrier leaves my packages at my back door; the UPS driver drops them off in front, along a busy street. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
