@Puppy Lips Everyone has to agree on the reorganization or they will fall. They could make some deal with the preferred shareholders so it isn't a loss but who knows. I am surprised that they didn't have some type of arrangement beforehand.

If you go to ewe toob and search for QVC Bankruptcy hearings, the latest one is from June 10. Evidentally the six billion in debt comes from a lot of shady manipulation and accusations of looting behind the scenes. In this you hear statements of QVC lasting having a zero percent chance of success. It's rather eye-opening and shows you how some higher-ups have had a lot to do with where QVC is now.

I read online that 32 hosts voted to become members of SAG....it shows 29 hosts on QVC website and you can probably add Mally for sure, so that leaves 2 more. Not sure what is going on with HSN hosts.

@busymom22 Yes agreed, it seems a little late in the game for this. And bankruptcy courts have a lot if power and could possibly throw out an attempt to unionize in this situation even though the reason they gave is to prevent AI usage.

The SAG-AFTRA notice stated supermajority of the 32 QVC hosts and QVC's Omni Channel hosts. It would be the 29 hosts at QVC, plus their 3 Omni Channel hosts (they specifically host on TikTok and livestream channels). There's the 32.

The supermajority would be more than 16 of the 32. We don't know that number.

But I also wonder about the HSN hosts.

@wakefield64 The current Omni hosts all started in December 2025:

Livvy Vega
Michael Padula (he was a QVC brand rep for 5 years selling electronic items)

They sell on TikTok, do social media videos selling, and appear on QVC's livestream channel.

Good for those hosts. They are trying to protect themselves while Q's future is unknown.

@busymom22 After reading about David Rawlinson II, CEO 's pay increase 70% to almost 11 million in 2025 as company braced for bankruptcy process. Nothing is a surprise.
