    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it depends on who they are using for shipping. &amp;nbsp;I can almost always find out where my package is with UPS but when they use the USPS, no so much. &amp;nbsp;It also seems like it can sit a the post office for a couple days before it gets delivered. &amp;nbsp;I have noticed since they have started the new shipping costs that my UPS stuff seems to get her faster. &amp;nbsp;Makes no sense but I will take it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know if any of you have experienced this, but it seems in the last few months, tracking shipments has become more and more unpredictable. &amp;nbsp;One day I'll see "no tracking information to display" and the next day I get a package...weird. &amp;nbsp;I used to be able to see a new status almost on a daily basis, but these days...nothing on one day, then the next day I see the entire &amp;nbsp;tracking trail. &amp;nbsp;What's up with that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've encountered the same situation, Surfer Wife. Since the change to FedX Smartpost, tracking info is sporadic and usually incorrect. And my packages are taking longer to arrive! Frustrating. I miss UPS deliveries.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really, really detest Smart Post! &amp;nbsp;It takes much longer to receive my items. &amp;nbsp;I know people will say that if I need something that bad then I should just go to the store and purchase but it's not always that easy. &amp;nbsp;There are certain items that I can only get on QVC. &amp;nbsp;Luckily in my area, they very seldom use Smart Post but some other vendors do and it really does delay by a minimum of three days. &amp;nbsp;I wish they would let you know up front that it is goinf to be shipped by Smart Post. &amp;nbsp;If I knew, I would pay the additional money to have it sent UPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good to know I'm not the only one who has noticed this. &amp;nbsp;All my shipments come USPS, since I live in Hawaii. &amp;nbsp;The delivery time hasn't really changed (that I've noticed); it's just the tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I order directly from Chaz I do get my shipments UPS and much quicker than QVC. Plus, he ships the VTS and fragrances to Hawaii; whereas, QVC doesn't. &amp;nbsp;Obviously, though the TSVs and OTOs are hard to pass up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks ladies for your responses...take care!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As per CS, the vendor did not provide one. First time this has occurred. I'm pretty mad to say the least. The only thing QVC states is that if I don't get it by 9/21 I can ask for a credit or a replacement.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" color="#0000FF"&gt;I hope I get it and it doesn't get lost or taken. I would be upset&amp;nbsp;that someone ended up with the item for free just because QVC allows vendors to ship without a&amp;nbsp;tracking number. It should be required especially in this day and age. Plus, I ordered online. All orders should have tracking PERIOD.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the last few months qvc has lost 3 of my orders. Tracking info says it is on its way to a shipping facility and there it ends, never to be updated again and i dont get the item. &amp;nbsp;When i call about it they cant explain it and of course the item is sold out so they cant send another one. I am still waiting for an order i was to receive 8/25. Fat chance of getting that one too i guess. Qvc is really dropping the ball big time now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This new process of using SmartPost has not been very smart.&amp;nbsp; As the OP states, tracking information is sporatic. My&amp;nbsp;deliveries have been made at unusual times, such as one delivery last Saturday night at 7:00PM.&amp;nbsp; With UPS, tracking information was available quickly and the delivery time of M-F around 12:30 PM was the norm.&amp;nbsp; I want to go back to UPS.&amp;nbsp; I've called CS (told to send snail mail to corporate) and have sent email (round-about reply w/o any real information).&amp;nbsp;How to make this happen on each order?&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Call in every order via phone instead of online?&amp;nbsp; I'm ready to just stop purchasing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the UPS app, which tracks everything sent to my address via UPS automatically.&amp;nbsp;I open it and it tells me if anything is scheduled to arrive today and through the week by day and everything that's got a shipping tag on it. I use that instead of coming to QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If something was shipped via USPS, I don't even bother tracking it unless it's late because USPS tracking is so sketchy. That's the one where I'll have no updates on the package when it's right in my hands. Amazon uses USPS, but I have text messaging on Amazon and they text me when my package has shipped, when it's out for delivery, and after it's been delivered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Qvc is really dropping the ball big time now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've rarely had shipping snafus, but here's one for you.&amp;nbsp; Two months ago I ordered a PTR skin care kit and it took forever to arrive.&amp;nbsp; When it finally did arrive, I opened the box (thinking it was way oversized for my little try-me PTR kit), it was a Dr. Denese TSV and the label inside was for a lady in West Virginia...it wasn't even mine!&amp;nbsp; Only the shipping box had my mailing label on it (I live in Hawaii) but the contents were another customer's.&amp;nbsp; I called QVC and I swear I dont think the rep understood what I was trying to tell her!&amp;nbsp; She said your package was delivered.&amp;nbsp; I said, yes ma'am but it wasn't my package.&amp;nbsp; The label was mine but the contents of the package were for anothe customer in WV.&amp;nbsp; Anyhoo, I think she finally understood (later I found out she didn't).&amp;nbsp; I shipped back the other customer's package but never saw on my account that my replacement PTR package was sent.&amp;nbsp; I called Customer Service again a week later to check on it and as I suspected the first rep with whom I spoke never submitted my replacement order.&amp;nbsp; I finally received it about two weeks later.&amp;nbsp; I would be curious to know if whoever received my original PTR order sent it back or just kept it.&amp;nbsp; Nonetheless, QVC's new shipping policy, and Quality Control process really needs improvement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind of a funny story now, but at the time I was really frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a beauty product from QVC on the 13th &amp;amp; ordered a product from Evine, free shipping on the 15th.&amp;nbsp; I recieved my order from Evine already &amp;amp; the one from QVC is still somewhere in KC.&amp;nbsp; No est del. time. And it went from NC to Tennese right PAST us &amp;amp; on to KC. ???&amp;nbsp; REALLY!&amp;nbsp; Who knows when it will arrive!&amp;nbsp; I have stopped shopping the Q because of their shipping &amp;amp; the fact they are getting way to expensive to order from!&amp;nbsp; I order from places &amp;amp; get my stuff in reasonable amount of time!&amp;nbsp; NOT the Q!&amp;nbsp; If they really cared about their customers, then why don't they try to improve. Instead of getting worse all the time!&amp;nbsp; I order more from HSN &amp;amp; Evine now. Wish I had not have ordered from the Q this time!&amp;nbsp; Oh well, at least I now know they have not improved at all in fact gotten worse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080" size="4"&gt;I so understand your complaint.&amp;nbsp; Inability to track, meaningless estimated delivery dates, and missing paper work have returned QVC to the "old days" of catalog shopping when orders took three to four weeks to arrive.&amp;nbsp; Depending on which post office a QVC shipment comes through, I wait several extra days to receive packages.&amp;nbsp; I know that is not as bad as some QVC customers go through, but it still is annoying--especially when everything else I order from other companies arrives very quickly.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an incorrect tracking number for an order. &amp;nbsp;It begins with a 7, but when I keyed in the number for USPS and UPS I received an error message, that it was an incorrect number. How can we track out items, if the tracking number is wrong? I want to make sure I am home when the item arrives....or let a neighbor know. &amp;nbsp;Some packages have "mysteriosly" disappeared where i live.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why QVC provides UPS tracking numbers when the information for the package is never update. I received an email with a tracking number so I like to keep an eye on when the package will arrive because I live in an apartment. No update, no update, no update only to come home yesterday and find the package at my door. I wonder if this is a QVC issue or a UPS issue? Whatever it is, I don't like not knowing where my package is!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
