5 Easy pay today ?

have an email stating 5 EP today through Monday. Well not on my iPad anyways ! Everything is still 2 or 3 as has been. Says same on screen when TSV was shown too .

seems is for Q card holders only . Makes no sense because they already have that 🤷‍♀️

this is very annoying! on the main page, if you click on "details", the next page says will say the same thing-click on that and then the page comes up(green headers) that stays what payments are accepted. it's ALL credit card/paypal, etc.

things i would buy are coming up 2-3 ezpays and not the 5. annoying and deceptive.

The 5 payment option seems to have been activated (or fixed) now.

As a test, I put 5 different items, across product categories into my cart and all now show 5 payments can be selected.

Available for any shopper, not solely Q Card purchases.

Shop away and use any payment method you prefer!

I haven't checked my ipad but my Macbook Pro shows 5 easy pays. Try another browser on your ipad.

The issue is not fixed. I have two pairs of shoes in my cart only showing 3ep. A decor item in cart only shows 2ep.

It reverted back to only two EZ pay option.

System failures in play for sure.

Still not fixed , maybe it’s a mistake and there aren’t 5 EPS
If there are then why isn’t it applying it ? Can’t CS have someone look
Into it ?

it would seem if an item is on air then it IS on 5EP , but only if aired not the rest of the website .

When reading the details of 5ep, the only exclusion is gift cards. Supposed to work with all payment types on all merchandise except gift cards.

The items I would like still don't show 5ep. I know I can call my order in but I am not going to do that.

@Sakuya @yes you can call the ordertnrougj the automated , but if you hit apply EP it may only still apply the 2 EP. You would have to talk to a rep which I'm not doing either.

why do t they just fix it , it's been All day !!😡

anyone finally showing 5 EPS? Ive written CS I'm sure others have too , But still not fixed . I don't get it seems it should not take this long to fix this issue . It is strange if you order when an item is on screen it's on 5 EP 🤷‍♀️
