    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Agree!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I did an even exchange on 2 items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Charged me the $6.95 return label fee on each!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I ck my Q Synchrony account regularly....and they don't show up....but when my posting day comes, I printed my entire statement, they were there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;CS apologized and credited, but you are right....gotta watch your bill like a hawk!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I have been shopping over 30 years with QVC. &amp;nbsp;Never happens when I send things back by UPS and I pay, they hit me with a $6.95 charge. &amp;nbsp;This time they charged me $6.95 twice. &amp;nbsp;If you don't catch those, they add up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Calling customer service twice today and they take care of issue but try to sell me the TSV, and a SG top. &amp;nbsp;What is going on??&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Happened to me abt 5 yrs ago where I had bought a couple of items in 2 different sizes&amp;nbsp; for Christmas because my daughter was between sizes . Well, sent the returns back in one box as self pay . Didn't catch this right away that I was charged the $6.95 on each item&amp;nbsp; till it happened again on a different return .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;QVC will also&amp;nbsp; charge the $6.95 if you send&amp;nbsp; something back as an exchange and they don't have it in stock . You have to check like a&amp;nbsp;detective each time you send anything for exchange .&amp;nbsp; Have never had any other company do this .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;It seems like lately any return is automatically charged the return label fee. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I returned an item that was not what I ordered and they charged me. &amp;nbsp;I did read in the return information if it's their error the return fee will drop off, but I ended up having to call customer service to get it removed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so glad you posted about returns! Watch the Q like a hawk is an understatement! I went to exchange&amp;nbsp; a pair of Denim &amp;amp; Co. pants for the same item in a DIFFERENT LENGTH come to find out that is why the Q gives different item numbers to the same product.&amp;nbsp; Customer service tells me they will charge me because the item has TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS one for petite and one for regular lengths.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;She ended up doing the even exchange (I too am a customer of thirty + years).&amp;nbsp; But that IMHO is bait and switch! Every time you turn around they stick in a new rule.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happen to exchange any item any time for whatever reason?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We’re only able to exchange items that are currently in stock.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Also keep an eye out if you utilize flex payments. I've returned some items that they received, but kept on charging the flex payments. That took me a long time to straighten out over the phone. &amp;nbsp;I keep track of everything up until I get that credit showing on my credit card account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just one more reason that I try not to order from QVC if I can find the product elsewhere. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've been restricting my orders to those things I'm sure I will not be returning. Of course, if the item is defective than I would have to return and follow up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This has severely limited my purchasing of shoes or clothing and makes me think long and hard about other items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I don't have any return issue with other stores I buy from online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;One of the many reasons that QVC is losing sales and the PTB are clueless.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
