      <title>Another "returns" post</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I realize these posts have been done to death but I recently had an experience that was unusual to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned the TSV Revitalign sneakers&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;A729200 since they didn't fit properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;QVC charged me over $12.00 for the return.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and learned that I was charged $5.50 shipping PLUS the $6.95 for the mailing label.&amp;nbsp; I cannot recall ever being charged for both before.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;My latest shipping complaint, ironically also on a Revitalign item, the Yumi sandal...was a go-to favorite for me when they were Spenco...have had 5 other pairs I loved...but I think, sadly, Revitalign is not as good anymore. &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway...on this return of these Yumis...first off, as many also complained about in the reviews...QVC, while charging $5.50 to ship, shipped them in their original shoebox only! Some say their boxes were crushed, mine was ok. Anyway, fit was terrible, nothing like the former Spenco Yumis I own.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;So back they were going. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Unlike some other QVC returns, for whatever reason no QR code was sent, only "printable" label. I don't own a printer anymore, never hardly ever need one, when I do bf prints it on his. He couldn't get this label to print well. UPS will print it for $5, plus QVC's 6.95 to return...$12 return?! Luckily, since my UPS had a little trouble printing at first, and they were very busy, the rep helping me said, don't worry about the 5 dollars.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;As for return ship costs, I complained when calling them to ask couldn't they send a QR code like they had with other things?...they apologized, and said they couldn't do that at their end now that the return had been processed by me. I couldn't do it because this time they didn't give that as a choice. I said...I'm marking these as "defective" because sizing is THAT poor, plus one sandal was way wider than the other. So I wasn't charged return shipping.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;QVC...it should not be this costly, or difficult, in this day and age, for returns. I won't ever try shoes agan on Q...too costly for an item that's tough to "fit" correctly without trying on first.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;QVC...QR codes are our friend. I should not have to pay for them to print my label. I get it...some have at home printers, but not everyone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Rant over.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10622"&gt;@amyb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I had a similar experience.&amp;nbsp; Because Revitalign ships their shoes simply in the original shoe box, I received a box partly torn open with one shoe inside.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I was asked to return the one shoe - why, I have no idea - and because it was being returned to Texas and not one of the QVC warehouses, I also had to deal with the printable label.&amp;nbsp; For me this meant going out and paying for a copy store to do this for me.&amp;nbsp; I assume the QR codes only work for warehouse returns, not drop shipped items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So Revitalign got their one shoe back, and I hope they are happy with.&amp;nbsp; I did indeed receive a replacement pair.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;But Revitalign should improve their shipping protocols and QVC should be able to provide QR codes for wherever we are asked to return items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
