Social Team?

I've contacted the social team three times today with no response. I'm surprised because they usually are very responsive. Anyone else having this experience?

Yes. Experienced something very similar. Contacted them a few weeks ago about an issue with an order. Took 3 emails over ~24 hours before I got my first response. Also long delays in-between before the issue was taken care of. Had hoped that it was a one-time issue. Perhaps not...?

Had to send another email today. Sent email to all addresses available, and haven't heard anything yet. It's been just about six hours. It's feeling like I'll need to follow up again, like I did with my previous issue. But we'll see what tomorrow brings -- hopefully a reply.

I think they spend most of their time on actual social media now. I see names we know from here answering questions on those platforms. Contacting them for issues was a good resource, but I can see why their time is better spent on socials. They do pop up here sometimes.

This is an "extended HOLIDAY" week.

A lot of folks add vacation days to holidays...to "stretch" their time off.

In my experience it is usually about a 24 hour period before receiving a response @Biftu . I don't believe it's necessary to try 3 times within a few hours. They will get back to you.

They have always been helpful and I would give them a grace period of at least 24 hours before following up with another email.

@cjm61 - I agree. It's not as if the Social Team don't have anything else to do. They seem to be covering a lot of bases, IMO.

I wouldn't email them repeatedly just because I didn't get an immediate response.

I've always gotten a response from them within a reasonable timeframe.

I think there are few of the old crew working these day. Many days it's obvious nobody is working. I had a problem last week but it eventually got resolved.

I've also had problems but it seems like they answer more in the evenng...I also sent an email this morning and havent heard back..I will just wait another day and see if it gets resolved

I don't want to be a noodge but it has been over 24 hours with no response. I'm owed an adjustment of $18. I would not be as pesky if it weren't for the way the Q randomly ups prices. Just don't want the price to increase before the adjustment is made. Gotta get my patience in check.

@Biftu - Take a screenshot of the lower price to prove your case, if you need to. The fact that you've already requested the price adjustment should be enough.

If you don't hear back today, I'd do an online chat. I've recently found them to be helpful.

Not me ! regarding "online chats" !! I've asked them a few times what so and so was wearing they had no idea.

I might as well ask a parrot. People are not very informed about anything. I have better luck just going to the discussion boards and asking.

@SharkE - My comment was only in regard to a online CS rep being able to process a price difference refund.

I've never asked them for information about what someone was wearing.

Anything to do with money would have to be handled by a rep. I send all my price adjustments to

QVCSocialTeam think it is. Maybe some have been canned and they need more help
