QVC Group Postpones Earnings Release

Today QVC Group announced that it will not report earnings as planned on February 26th.

Instead it will release the 2025 10-K and 4th Quarter 10-Q at a later date under the time frame permitted by the SEC:

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Feb. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- QVC Group, Inc. ("QVC Group" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: QVCGA, QVCGP; OTCQB: QVCGB) today announced that it has revised the expected timing of the release of its fourth quarter and year end 2025 financial results, which had been scheduled for February 26, 2026.

The Company now anticipates that it will report these financial results and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K within the timeframe specified as a non-accelerated filer under SEC guidelines.

I'm sure it's related to negotiations ongoing with the bank lenders. They could be in default under one of the covenants.

It could also be related to focus on Chapter 11 preparations.

QVC wants to give a more hopeful report in the future, let's face it they don't want a gloomy forecast to upset customers into shopping other outlets.

Playing for time, which may turn out to be more positive.

They might also be in the middle of negotiations.

They also have a 30 million dollar lawsuit against the company from a long time fashion designer that was under contract for HSN. I think the end is very near.

I prefer to think more positively -

J C Penney has been in financial distress for the last several years. They closed many stores, made all types of filings, a corporation bought them (I believe), and they have restructured their operations and are still in business.

QVC has been around a long time, they know what to do.

Pffffftttt...they aren't concerned about scaring customers, they're concerned about scaring creditors.

They will either restructure or liquidate if the creditors don't agree to a plan.

Ordering and returns might get real sketchy, real quick.

You made me curious, @Ronettes. I'm not even sure where to find a JC Penney. The company is struggling.

Don't guess I'll be posting any more about my purchases. Didn't know I was offending anybody just as a collector of handbags I wanted to share with others, but, I guess the old green monster came alive

I really don't care about a corporation financial status. Plenty of places to shop don't think it will pose any

hardship on me. LOL
