Our company sells items on Amazon. Not saying this is your situation, but customers will take advantage. We can sell a box of trading cards. Customers will open them up to see if there is anything they want. If they did not get a “good” card, they can and will claim the product was damaged. Amazon refunds their money, takes the funds back from us, then we may get the product back, with the packs of cards opened, often with some missing. We complain to Amazon. Sometimes we get the money back, sometimes not.</description>
