Tried to use the promo code tonight : SPRINGLOOK26 which shows on the site here and also got a mailing for it.

The computer would not accept the code so I did a live chat and the agent said she couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work and helped me complete the order. so if this happens to you contact live chat or customer service.

I used mine a couple weeks ago...it was accepted, but once the order was placed the shipping was there. I emailed the Social Team, and once the order was received, and the first easy pay processed, they were able to refund my shipping.

QVC has SO many glitches these days...they really need to work on them!

Contact customer service. They are supposed to work even on sale items. Just not on clearance or Lunchtime specials.

I had to do live chat to get mine to go through.

I tried using the code on an order and it did not work. My purchase was within the parameters. I gave up and didn't buy it. Lost sale for QVC.

the booklet I got in the mail for Free shipping says Good for up to 5 purchases.

It shows up sometimes on the QVC homepage near the banner etc.

the 25% off fashion is only good one time.

It does work on regular sale itmes. I had to live chat with cusstomer service to get mine to work. the rules state :

Again, I had to do live chat to get my item through. And it was a sale price on one of the Aran Sweaters. It went through.
