But doesnt come off clearance items or lunchtime,/prime time specials. Had a mix in my cart when trying to use the code and it only took off sale priced items. I guess it would work on regular priced items. I choose not to purchase tired of their games and misleading tatics. It is clearly not off everything as the have plastered everywhere and reaperon. TV.

FYI, I just concluded a chat with customer service, and even though they are not listed in any of the promo code details, every exclusion you can think of applies to this code. Basically, you can only use it for items that are at a regular price or a sale price—no other adjectives and no other discounts. I asked the agent to pass along the lack of details to a supervisor or IT to see if they could get the information added; I'm sure customer service will get lots of requests for help and/or complaints about this. (And on ITKWD, David even stated that the free shipping was for everything using a Q Card.)

I'm especially frustrated about the exclusions because a top I've been waiting for a sale price on for months is finally a Primetime Special today, and it would have been great to get free shipping. Too bad the special pricing didn't start yesterday.

Very misleading! Not even on clearance items you would think they would be happy to sell. So, I emptied my cart.

@loriqvc - Agree that the exclusions should be listed somewhere. Sorry it didn't work. smh.

I also just cancelled 2 items I just bought, I thought the shipping came off , when i went to look it was shipping of 5.50 each instead of 3.50 so I went and cancelled , im glad to know now that its not for everything with the qcard.

@sunshine45 - Yeah, that was what I showed the customer service rep in my chat. She pasted in the usual long list of exclusions being displayed on her side. Funsies.
