Thank you! I ordered the TSV (with the 5%off code) right before they came out with the free shipping code at noon. I called CS and they adjusted it and gave me the free shipping as well. Yay!

Yes CS is great. Most of the time.

A713223 might be the beach pant TSV. Petite, regular, and tall. However the TSV price isn't active yet. I ordered mine now with the GOLD3 free shipping promo code and will get a price adjustment later.

DH and I had been out for lunch and I mentioned to him that QVC has been doing "offers" on Wednesdays between noon and 2:00.

A friend had asked me to order something for her the next time they offered free shipping. Got in, looked at the clock - 1:55!

I was able to grab what she wanted, then also get something for myself in a separate order. Just in the nick of time! Saved $11, plus tax on the S&H.,
