Shipping taking so long!,

jewlery that I purchased on jewlery day is still in preparing your order a week later ! I have other orders that I ordered after that I already received . Orders lately have been shipping quickly, Something going on with jewlery processing it seems .

I oredered an item 2 days ago and is arriving today for example .

There seems to be no rhyme or reason with the shipping. They have been very fast for me. It will show shipped and I get it the next day.

If it is any of the bronze gold plated stuff, it was advannced orders . Also, don't know abt your area but there's been major snow across the USA

Shipping seems to work only in extremes. Either it takes two weeks to get something or it takes two days.

Chances are, the more anxious you are for something to arrive quickly, it will be on the two-week boat.

I wonder if your location is a factor in inconsistent shipping times.

I live in the Pacific NW and always had to wait 10 days to receive shipped goods. They almost always came from Pennsylvania, one of the Carolinas, or thereabouts.

Lately I have been getting products in 2 days (shipped from Tacoma, WA) to 4 days (shipped from Ontario), to 10 days (shipped from South Carolina).

Are your experiences similar?

@skatting44 no bronze plated . None of my orders were on advanced

I had the same problem with the TSV bracelet which was supposed to arrive by Christmas. According to tracking, it was in Seacus,NJ for 5 days. I finally called UPS and talked to someone and guess what, it finally moved the next day and I had it in a couple days but not in time for Christmas. I just ordered the TSV earrings from jewelry day and UPS tracking said they were waiting to receive the item but QVC said it had been shipped. I again talked to a UPS representative and it moved the next day with tracking information. Guess where it was located? Seacus, NJ. Call customer service and/or UPS and talk to someone for help.

@Kitty Galore I agree, I ordered several things on Jewelry Day, and they were all VERY slow to ship and I am still waiting for them. None were on advance order, and I usually get most items pretty quickly, but jewelry seems to be hit or miss.
