    <description>I found two yesterday I shipped on my own dime and they charged me 6.95! CS is refunding. My bad too.....I have not been checking. I never use their label unless defective. I may go back over my old purchases. It's maddening!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know this has been discussed before but I really didn't bother to do it (my bad!)... and I imagine most of us don't. &amp;nbsp;But I was going over my Order Status and a new return caught my eye. I returned an item that would have cost me $10.80 having been subtracted from my total. I had returned an item after talking to CS about the return&amp;nbsp;being totally QVC's fault and I shouldn't be made to pay for return shipping.....CS agreed and said she would make a notation regarding returning the shipping cost..... &amp;nbsp;that didn't happen and the shipping was charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;$10.80 won't break the bank... it's that feeling in the pit of my stomach that this is going on far more than we realize. &amp;nbsp;Always check your order status and check your return amount..... &amp;nbsp;mistakes happen, but this kind of mistake seems to be happening far more than I realized.... &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; . &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I hope you've phoned up customer service again?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; They can refund that S&amp;amp;H charge to you; just explain the situation and that you had already had another rep agree to that.&amp;nbsp; I think very likely that the people in the returns department don't have access to all the information on your account or perhaps it just got overlooked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should be an easy fix, even though I know it can be annoying to have to call again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA:&amp;nbsp; Did you mark the return as "defective"?&amp;nbsp; You should've been advised to do that, as that's what the returns people go by.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I'm calling this morning.... I have no qualms about it, and the CS reps are usually nice about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, it wasn't defective and I won't mark a good item as defective.... it was advertised (David and the rep) as &lt;STRONG&gt;having replacement parts available on QVC at the time of sale.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; They don't and won't for months. &amp;nbsp;Although I was happy with the product, where I was using it would double the use and I know I'd need a replacement part before they are offered. &amp;nbsp;The replacement pieces are not available on the manufacturer's website nor are they available anywhere on the net (they haven't been made yet).... so I didn't want to be stuck with it if for some reason if &amp;nbsp;the pieces never come in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;ATTENTION; &amp;nbsp;I just received a wonderfully nice telephone call from Brittany, at QVC's customer service... &amp;nbsp;She&amp;nbsp;just read my post about not having received the shipping refund, she checked my account, saw that this was true.... AND JUST CALLED ME!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;The refund will occur and the phone call was greatly appreciated!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GOOD JOB... and thank you very much~!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Always!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although the place I save the most money by checking my receipts is my local Stop and Shop.&amp;nbsp; I'm appalled by the number of errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just keep in mind that adage you hear most often about investments:&amp;nbsp; No one cares about your money more than you do.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That works for big money, but it also works for the little things and eventually it all adds up to "real" money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Don't expect to get any refund $$$$$ back - they do not refund s/h.&amp;nbsp; Their return policy clearly reflects this.&amp;nbsp; The ONLY way you'll be refunded return s/h and the prepd return s/h return label is IF the&amp;nbsp;item is defective and you note that on the return label AND they find this to be accurate.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I just finished reviewing this policy again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me. I noticed it when l received my credit card statement. I called Q's customer service, and they refunded the difference. But this must happen very often to customers who don't even realize it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, sometimes when I return something by using my own return label-- not the prepaid one-- the prepaid label fee still gets deducted from my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As they say, "Let the buyer (or returner) beware!"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
