Do people cut their eyebrows and then brush them upward? That is what it looks like to me.

I’ve never cut my eyebrows. I tweeze a little is all. I don’t even wax them. Which they say is not good for the eyelids because in time relaxes the skin and causes wrinkles.

@on the bay Yes, every so often I cut my eyebrows, and so has a professional. Some hairs get very long. I brush my hairs up and cut the long hairs down. This way I keep the thickness of my brows and the long hairs now lay flat.

Yes my hairdresser would brush my brows upwards and then wield his scissors and cut them.

@on the bay I use a gel (not colored unless it's all I have) to brush up brows to tweeze and trim.

I also use a gel first when making up my brows to see the any bare spots. If I don't wear makeup, always do brows and lip gloss. Brows make or break a face by framing it.

I've used Benefit's brow gel, got duo, and didn't work for me.

The best that has worked for me is Clinique powder.
