So how do I edit a mistake on a comment I have made? I hit the "Edit" on my reply and it doesn't work. TIA

@mare54. Click on the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the message matrix, click edit, make changes then post.

@Kachina624 it won't let me. I have tried several times. Not sure what the deal is. I have an updated computer. Thanks.

For me I see the post and cannot edit it BUT

Above the post is a box with my exact post and that’s where I can edit what I wrote, then hit Post.

So see if you see the written post when you scroll UP. 😉

@mare54. Yes, a new box with your message comes up. That's what you edit as @RescueLover describes.

I've tried every which way to try and edit. I suspect it is because I use Safari and not Chrome, my preference.

Guess I'll have to pay extra attention to what I past.

i'm strictly APPLE. I haven't been able to edit what I write for about 2 yrs. Told the mods and that's where it ended. Why I don't post much any more.

I haven't gotten a bank statement since 2021 when husband died. Made 3 complaints. They don't care I guess. I just check stuff online and forgot the paper

Nobody wants to send out paper nothing anymore anyway. Too much work.

I use Chrome on my laptop and Safari on my iPad and I can edit on both.

@Bella8888 I always post and edit from my IPad on Safari, and it works for me. I rarely use my laptop anymore. Good luck.

No matter what I try or what the settings are on my device, I cannot edit. It is what it is for me.

@SharkE Most banks now charge for statements to be mailed out. I opted to

do away with this. Can see everything online, why pay if not needed.

I use all Apple products, phone computer and IPad. I have never had any problem editing my comments.
