They really don't do it any differently than any other retailer. If you get an email or mailing, it's for select customers. If it's an open offer, it's on the home page. Same as every other company

QVC isn't keeping them a secret. The hosts are promoting them, the coupons are at the top of the main page and I've even seen them on item pages when I've been looking at a particular item.

Not all of the Q coupons are posted on the website. I found out about some of the coupons thanks to @scrapperlisa posting them on the forums.

And with HSN, some coupons are posted on the website but others are put in your account in the KA$H and Coupons tab of your account. You should check your account regularly
