    <description>&lt;P&gt;UPDATE: Just spoke to two very nice reps. Kayla and a manager Jessica about this....she escalated it and I hope to hear that they are giving a refund to her in about 5 business days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mom returned 3 items in separate packages.&amp;nbsp; One is not showing up.&amp;nbsp; QVC tells me...go to the post office and talk to them!!!! NOT our issue when once it's in USPS hands how am I RESPONSIBLE???&amp;nbsp; My mom called 2 different times.&amp;nbsp; The last person she spoke to, told her they had the product and the refund would be issued by today.&amp;nbsp; nothing.&amp;nbsp; I chatted with customer service on FB Messenger and they bascially said...tough.&amp;nbsp; Told me to call and talk to a manager.&amp;nbsp; I don't know why a customer service person can't escalate to a manager on their end or just TAKE CARE of the customer!!!!!&amp;nbsp; The post office doesn't have any clue where my item is!!!&amp;nbsp; We have been customers for OVER 30 years and I am about to send back about $700 worth of stuff that I have ordered in the past few months and my mom and sister will be too!&amp;nbsp; It's sad that they cannot help.&amp;nbsp; We always tell people that QVC is great and that if there's an issue they are always very helpful.&amp;nbsp; Something has seriously changed and customer service seems to be lacking. Very very sad and disappointed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had issues with "Refunds" on "Returns"?&amp;nbsp; I just checked my order status and I had not been issued any "Refund" from the beginning of this past "September"!&amp;nbsp; If I had not checked I wonder if I would have been refunded!&amp;nbsp; Why is it taking over a month for a refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Yes, I checked on the status of a return today that was sent back on 9/17 and noted my return was received on 10/3 but no refund had been processed yet. I called CS and a very nice CS rep went ahead and processed my refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Same.&amp;nbsp; All of my September returns were not refunded.&amp;nbsp; I had to make a master list and call Customer Service and go thru each order with them. Turns out they were all recorded as being received back by them but the refunds were not processed.&amp;nbsp; No explanation given.&amp;nbsp; Just another reason to be cautious about buying these days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past 3 months I have returned 3 items. Every item according to tracking was delivered 2 weeks and I received no e-mail from the Q. I had to call for each item after 2 weeks. Of course the operator is full of apologies and then takes care of the refund. The only problem is it takes another 2 weeks to show up on your statement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;personally, I think they just need to just get their act together. &amp;nbsp;A little updated technology, and they can have a refund/ return program that actually works consistently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I ordered a large order from Fawbushes in MN &amp;nbsp;a little over a week &amp;nbsp;ago. I am in CA. &amp;nbsp; There were 2 pricier items that didn't work out. Sunday I wrapped them up, slapped return label on them returned to UPS , as it is down the block. Pkg was sent out Monday by UPS!!! , yesterday I received email the money was back to my card. &amp;nbsp;That is quick. Other places do this as well &amp;nbsp; No reason QVC can step up to the plate sand do this as well without having to call them, email them. I imagine they collect a bit of interest while $$$$ sits in their acct for a month or so&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
