So I saw the code you could use to get 20% off if you order thru the QVC app. I tried it in the morning, but it did not work. I got the “one of the conditions have not been met” response. I looked at the requirements and saw it could not be used on clearance items, which mine was. Yet last night Shawn was figuring out the final price after using the code on a clearance item she was selling. Color me confused and frustrated.

Shawn also had to use a calculator to figure out 20% off $100.00, that she should have been able to do in her head!!

She kept counting down the Hours (that’s time) YOU had to USE IT !!!

I placed an order on my phone and the total showed the 20% off, but when I looked at my email it was not taken off. I was so angry because of several problems that I have had with orders. I wrote to Social Team and they will make adjustment after I receive it.

The order went through so fast I could not even cancel it. Thank goodness for the Social Team.

That’s why I make it a habit to GO BACK and look at my Order Status right away because GUESS WHAT

If you wait until it shows Processing Your Order it’s too late for CS to take care of it right then.

You have to remember to call back when the Item ships and is billed. 😩

@RescueLover Was it Monday? All I know is that it was the same day I tried to use the code.

It’s probably too late now but if you had called CS they might have added the promo to your order. Sorry you missed it. It was a really good deal, especially if the item you wanted was on Free Shipping.

I don't have these problems with places I shop. Seems to be QVC doesn't, and hasn't for some time, had a clue what they are doing. People complain about this all the time.

There's often a "gotcha" to their promotions. Use only midnight to 3 a.m. in the third day after the dark of the moon on the first day of autumn . . .

@RescueLover Well my point was that Shawn was using the code on a clearance item, when the restrictions said read that it could not be used on clearance items. In my case, I did not really need whatever it was that I was trying to order. I am just finding shopping with QVC more and more frustrating due to confusing and somewhat unfair policies. Thanks for your response. I am going to take a deep breath now, lol. Have a good day.
