Why does the order search feature so ofen say "sorry nothing found" when I have ordered many of the item/brand I'm trying to search? Susan Graver for instance or Temp-Tations. So annoying.

My guess us because they have a very inept IT department. You have to wonder how many sales they lose because of their terrible website.

I have a problem searching for items and item numbers. I get a message saying "sorry, that page has moved" or something like it. I give up.

@PinkyPetunia I've had that too - I'll get an email regarding an order, put the order number in the search and get no such order or some such message.

@Travone Agree - it is pretty awful.

I'm getting the same messages when trying to search. It seems every time I try to do anything on this website, there's a new issue. Disappointing! Doesn't bode well for the busy holiday shopping season.

@FranandZoe. You'll get that message if you get even one letter in your request incorrect. Are you searching for "order status"?

@FranandZoe. You've probably either used the wrong number or the item is no longer available so the listing has been removed. They don't keep them forever.

@Kachina624 Yes. I have copied and pasted and still get the message. Sometimes works - sometimes not.

@Kachina624 I've copied and pasted an order status from an email about a return and it has given me that message. I realize they don't keep them "forever" but recent orders?

That happens to me as well. I think their "order seach" only goes up to a certain date .....2 years maybe? I also think their search in general is terrible! If you don't capitalize a name for instance it won't find it.

Their order history has always been sketchy.
