Wish List problem

This is the response from the Social team to. my inquiry about not being able to access wish list.

We sincerely apologize that the issue with our wish list option has not yet been resolved. Our team is aware of the problem and actively working on it. Please check back within the next 2-3 working days for updates. Thank you so much for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

I've had no problems accessing my wish list. Wonder why some people do.

The past 3 Free Shipping days, I have been unable to access my Wishlist. Thought it was a problem with my iPad, but it doesn't work on my laptop nor my husband's desktop computer. However, after the Free Shipping day(s) are up, magically I can access my Wishlist. Not cool QVC!

I have no idea. But I am using a MacBook on Chrome and Safari. I have cleared cache, cookies and browsing history, logged out and logged back in. Still can't get in. Get the message that wish list is unavailable.

For those who can open wish list are you on the app? It is a mystery

@GoldenHour I know that there were items on my wish list that i wanted but I was waiting for a free shipping day. Darned if I can remember what I had saved. But I did order another set of the Simply Stunning bows this morning.

i have not had any problems either @kaydee50 .

i am on a windows laptop using the edge browser.

If it's something important to me, I either take a screen shot of it with the order # or write it down on a notepad app or piece of paper.

Seems as though you can't depend on computers or "facts" presented anywhere. Thank you AI et al.
