I haven't been able to access my Wish List for several weeks. Spoke to customer service on numerous occasions and they say they will look into it but no resolution yet. Very frustrating!!

Several posters in another thread had mentioned they could not access their list.

I think those having these problems should mention the device they are using, and the browser. There may be something in common.

My suggestion is to always power off the device. Then be certain you have downloaded the most up to date operating system updates.

I can currently access my Wish List. When a post was made a few days back I was also able to at that time. Then, all of a sudden it said my Wish List was not available at that time.

My work around: Add an item to your wish list and it will go to your list. However, if you try to sort it any other way than the default, it will pop up with the message "We're sorry - Wish List is currently unavailable.". Just add another item and voila, it's back.

when you are having issues, make sure to mention what device you are using to access the wishlist.

i am using a windows laptop, EDGE browser. no issues for me.

I cannot open my wish list.When I click on the heart or go to my account and click on wish list I get a message that says "We are sorry Wish List is currently unavailable." This has been going on for a week now.

I am using Chrome and on my Mac book air.

I can access my wish list, I can add to it. I just can’t forward it to anyone. I use it all the time, especially around the holidays. My daughters are asking for me to send it. I have tried on my phone, my desktop computer at work, and my tablet. No luck. Hoping this is sorted out soon, as the holidays are coming right up.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’m certainly open to them. Thanks!
