Manage Reminders in QVC app

How do you use this feature? What reminders does it mean? For HSN, I've set up reminders for when certain brands air. Is that what this is for? I can't figure out how to set a reminder if so.

@Dennieee You can set reminders and it will email you to remind you to tune into a show. If you go to Manage Reminders, click on the link to take you to the Program Guide. If you see a show you like, click on it and at the bottom it will give you a button to Set Reminder. I just set some reminders for Valerie Parr Hill's upcoming shows. I hope this makes sense. I wish it had an option to text me.

@scrapperlisa When I click on Manage Reminders there is no link or anything to click on. It just says, "No reminders are currently scheduled."

Oh! On my android phone, mine says that and continues to say, To set up Show Reminders, click here to visit the Program Guide. Maybe we are using different browsers. Try going to the Program Guide and see if you can set one. After you set it, you may need to log out and back in to display your selected reminders.

Are you trying to set reminders for shows/vendors that are in the current program guide?

While I don't have the app, on the website program guide you have to do a search for a specific show or vendor, which brings up their upcoming show times and the ability to set reminders.

If there is no show scheduled in the current program guide, there's no way to set a reminder.
