      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I sent back a return which was received August 2. &amp;nbsp;I had to call CS today to find out why I was not refunded yet. &amp;nbsp;This is not the first time I've had to wait weeks for a return. &amp;nbsp;This is making me very hesitant to make purchases. &amp;nbsp;Luckily I tend to buy things that I am pretty certain I will keep but this pair of shoes was defective, &amp;nbsp;QVC needs to fix this problem. &amp;nbsp;HSN has MUCH better CS !!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I usually wait a good 2 weeks from when I get the notifications that it is on its way after I mailed it back. Then I contact them, via Live chat ,with my order # and everytime CS has looked into it and I get my refund right then and there--then I get an email about it. This process has really convinced me not to do much shopping here. I agree about HSN--returns are much easier and faster too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my tried and true return process. I bring my return to mailbox express right near my home. I allow 2 days for package to be scanned. Once the return is scanned your refund can be processed. I call CS and give them the item number and ask if it's been scanned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refund issued on the spot. I forgot for 2 weeks once&amp;nbsp; and called CS. Indeed it had been scanned but who knows where it was.&amp;nbsp;Refund issued immediately. Q is such a mess!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; You might get an email&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;from CS and you think all is good , but your account with your&amp;nbsp; credit card does not show up right away .&amp;nbsp; Also watch out for being charged return shipping on defective items&amp;nbsp; and exchanges that are not in stock . I see that QVC has added a statement on the&amp;nbsp; web return/exchange page abt their policy on not charging return fees on defective items . Maybe they need to&amp;nbsp; retrain their staff that handle the returns/exchanges .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The point of aggravation seems to be how long being credited for the return, not the policy to return.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've not experienced a problem by going to my account and starting the return. Almost every other retailer wants the item returned in new condition or you get nothing back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="5" color="#008000"&gt;Your complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35328"&gt;@bargainsgirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is in the time frame. Follow QVC's return policy using easy returns.&amp;nbsp; Usually, when customers follow&amp;nbsp;a businesses guidelines they get quicker results. Keep in mind the credit card company does not actually credit your account immediately.&amp;nbsp; That delay is solely on your credit card&amp;nbsp;company. Mine can take up to 5 days sometimes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will think twice before ordering going forward. I am annoyed that I very rarely get a packing slip with an order. They don't always send a return label with the order either. I think it is time to shop H.S.N.they never send an order without an invoice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
