      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately, I've found that opening a Chrome incognito window and launching the chat there is the only way to guarantee it will stay live. Even though I regularly clear my cache and cookies, it seems the QVC website always has some gremlins hiding in the corners to interfere with functionality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it is the same for both of the items you see, the system is showing just what you have described—that you placed an order for two items at the same time. You can also click into the order, and you should see both items on one screen there to confirm the same thing. This happens in the system anytime you have different/multiple items in the same order. They may ship separately or they may ship together, but the format on the Order Status page will stay the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's an example from my orders; note that the order number is the same, indicating that I bought both of these pan sets at the same time:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/342229i2933B26064A1BEEC/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="orderexample.png" title="orderexample.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA: The only exception is if you buy multiples of the same item for delivery to the same address.
