Once again,after ordering 2 pairs of jeans last night,I see this morning FREE SHIPPING on everything!

I'm sure I am not the only person that this has happened to,just a little frustrated.

I'd talk to CS on live chat to see if they will give you free shipping---most times when you order--if you don't cancel within seconds it seems, you can't cancel orders. I asked CS that question once and was told--orders now days, go directly to the vendor and not thru QVC. Makes me think twice about ordering at all.

P.S.--In fact, I just live chatted about a couple of returns I made a few weeks ago and CS immediately, gave my refund for one of them and then checked on the other one, which had already been refunded.

I stopped buying from Q long ago but do buy from HSN, and I do my best to only order when I have a good coupon and has free shipping

I don't think anyone who ordered last night needs to ask CS to waive the shipping. If they do it for one, they need to do it for everyone.

@Luvsmyfam If you call customer service, they may refund the shipping, but they will have to wait until the item has shipped. Make sure they document the call about giving you free shipping.

Sometimes I notice the order can be cancelled after several hours, other times only within 1/2 hour. Not sure why.

@Luvsmyfam I try not to order on a Friday, or even Thursdays, due to possible free shipping coming up on the weekend. Unless of course, the sale price exceeds what the savings would be with free shipping.

As many stated here, I rarely purchase if I have to pay for shipping. Like I said, unless the sale is so good I wouldn't regret it should it become free shipping.

I haven't ordered from HSN recently, but they used to allow you to cancel up to the end of the day.

HSN turns over all their sales at midnite each day ET, so you have until midnite day of purchase to cancel.
