Odd return email

I returned 3 packages yesterday via USPS. I received a QVC email for only one of the packages. I got a receipt for all 3 - not worried about it in the least - just odd. Why would they email me only re one of the packages? Their return processing just gets curiouser and curiouser. (To quote Alice.)

That happened on my last return of 2 items sent at the same time. They both were returned w/o problem......crazy

It happens to me all the time. Was the return label printed by you or was your return label included when you received your item. I think emails depend on how you got the return label.....but I could be wrong.

@Janey2 Three different/separate return labels included with the packages.

I can only imagine how many returns Q receives. I doubt they were kept next to each other during transit so who knows what order they arrived at Q.
