      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I try not to return too many items, but the process now has become almost too difficult. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes they include a label, most times not! &amp;nbsp;I don't have a printer at the moment, so I have to ask someone to print it for me. &amp;nbsp;Life is becoming more and more stressful, and this just adds to it.&lt;BR /&gt;I find it hard to believe that this is helping QVC's bottom line. &amp;nbsp;They've pared down everything possible. Prices have skyrocketed, especially jewellery. &amp;nbsp;Items I paid hundreds for now cost thousands! &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The C for convenience has gone, V for value is questionable, and Q for quality is also way down. &amp;nbsp;I won't mention specific brands, except for DENIM &amp;amp; CO, where the quality still remains.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm so glad you brought this up, I'm beginning to panic. I haven't returned but just a few items in the past 25 years. But in the last six months there have been a few. &amp;nbsp;QVC has always been very good to advise when USPS/UPS scans the return barcode, &amp;nbsp;with a update they received it. I've got about a half a dozen items stretching back to May I have no idea their status.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I called last week to talk to CS and decided to give it a little more time. I have nothing to prove that I returned these items other than I completed the packing slip, put their label on the original packaging, and took it to USPS or UPS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Doesn't QVC do a monthly recap of purchases and returns?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I hear from them in about a week letting me know my refund is processed, and to return my item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;On my account under orders I select start a return, and follow the instructions.&amp;nbsp; I always choose QR code, and they email me the code immediately.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Take package to the place you selected UPS OR USPS.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I don't have a printer either but I find the new returns procedure to be very convenient.&amp;nbsp; I have a UPS store near me so I chose them for my returns.&amp;nbsp; I use the "start a return" link on my online order form, answer a few questions,&amp;nbsp; and they send me a QR code.&amp;nbsp; I just package up the return without a label, take it to my UPS store and show them the QR code on my phone.&amp;nbsp; They print out the return label and give me a receipt.&amp;nbsp; I get an email from QVC within a few hours telling me the return is on its way to them.&amp;nbsp; If the post office is closer to you than a UPS store, you have the option of using them for your returns.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is no one there to give me a receipt.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm just about done with QVC returns myself. &amp;nbsp;I have four items that I'll be returning today going to the UPS store and using the QR code. &amp;nbsp;That's not the problem. &amp;nbsp;That's the easy part. &amp;nbsp;What I can't stand is handing over your item, getting a receipt, and then waiting three weeks for QVC to even acknowledge your return. &amp;nbsp;It's absolutely maddening not knowing. &amp;nbsp;I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon and other retailers. &amp;nbsp;Once they scan your return, you get an email immediately that your refund/return is in the works. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Why can't QVC do this? &amp;nbsp;I feel like returns are just a big, black hole. &amp;nbsp;Maybe you'll get refunded, maybe you won't, but you'll most definitely wait a long time to hear back from them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Besides getting a slip or e-mail proof then I hand to the mail carrier or UPS carrier, OR take to the PO or UPS STORE, I always always keep either a screen shot or take a pic with my phone of the items in the package and then the package with the label on it. &amp;nbsp;Easy. &amp;nbsp;Also easy to keep a copy of the label when you print one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I always take a screen shot of the e-mail or message of the label so I can resize and print it easily from my word processing software. &amp;nbsp;So I store that too in my computer files until the refund is made. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
