Just wondering if anyone is still having trouble getting to the forums. Have to scroll down to the bottom each time.

@cusegirl. No problem at all but if I was, I'd try using a different browser after clearing cookies.

It's been reported that people that use their phones to access the forums are still having the scrolling problem.

I hope they get it fixed for everyone. I'm missing some people that have stopped posting because of the hassle.

Ironically, I don't have any issues on my iPad, but last time I tried on my phone, I was still having issues on there. Don't know why, but whatever. Doesn't make any sense, at least it's working for me.

Still have to scroll. Am fed up. How QVC expects to attract a younger audience with a woefully substandard website is beyond my ability to understand.

The App is working perfectly fine to make purchases. I've made several.

The youngsters likely aren't attempting to enter the forums via any mechanism.

Yes! I’m still having the same issue. For a couple of weeks I just moved on, but then I finally realized I could scroll all the way down to reach the forums but talk about a pain in the butt! I haven’t tried my iPad yet so I think I’m off to do that now. Thanks for the idea!

I have had no issues on my iPhone or iPad. I suggest updating your iOS or whatever the android op system is called. If QVC did an update, your current might not be compatible. This has nothing to do with clearing history or anything like that.

Yes I still have the scrolling problem. The tip to make it a little better is also gone. I use my phone.

I still have problems getting on it with my cell phone but not my laptop.
