Really? Just do totally free shipping for peets sake. And for EVERYONE!!! HSN does way more discounts than Q., Hope they don't stop. It makes a difference for me anyway.

This promotion had no restrictions, other than only applying to 1st autoship order. I verified this on line and in my email. I had to call customer service earlier to have the code applied to an as is item. Now you can not get through to customer service. I tried to use the on line chat, but after about 10 minutes was given a different code restriction that basically eliminates anything not at regualr price. I can pull up the code right now on line and those restrictions do not apply. Not good QVC, do better. You make enough money off of the QVC card to honor your cardholder specials as advertised.

When I read the restrictions posted earlier in the day yesterday there was nothing mentioned about only applicable to regular priced items.

Yeah I know! Customer service told me that after I had tried a hundred times 😂 to get my orders through.

WHO KNEW !!! 🤣

Oh well I ended up buying nothing after finding out those Ryka Sneakers I wanted weren’t what I thought they were.

Funny how they didn’t show the PLAIN side on air. NOT 🥴 They knew that wasn’t going to grab any customers into buying.

@RescueLover I don't have a Q card and I ordered during the last free shipping day so there was nothing I would have ordered anyway, but I feel CS should have given Q card holders the .39 cent shipping on all items since there was nothing posted to the contrary on the website. What is written takes precedence over anything verbal.
