      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a few things recently with the QVC label which was provided on the packing slip. Sometimes I use the QR code but the labels were there so I used them.&amp;nbsp; I watched the return tracking and it took 10 days for my package to leave my state!&amp;nbsp; It went to 3 different usps locatiions before it finally went on its way to South Carolina. Another package (returned because I ordered a Petite Small and received a Petite 1X) according to tracking sat at my Post office for a week!&amp;nbsp; I saw today it finally moved to another usps still in my state!&amp;nbsp; Talk about a slow boat to China!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have had pretty much the same experience.&amp;nbsp; Packages sitting at the post office for about a week then moving slowly through&amp;nbsp; the system and finally back to QVC.&amp;nbsp; I kinda think that may be the way things are at this time. On the other hand I have had packages delivered earlier than expected because UPS makes the delivery a day or 2 earlier than expected vs sending it on to the Post office. .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish we could print the return labels on our computer for all items, including jewelry, and it would give me the option of returning via UPS.&amp;nbsp; I always use UPS and print the return label for clothing items, but UPS is not an option that pops up if I need to return jewelry items.&amp;nbsp; And for the more expensive jewelry items, I WOULD REALLY PREFER BEING ABLE TO RETURN VIA UPS.&amp;nbsp; PLEASE QVC always give us UPS option when printing labels ourselves for ALL items!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;I really don't give a hoot how long it takes returns to get back to QVC.&amp;nbsp; Unless it was very inexpensive, I use Easy Pay and the few dollars I have invested are not a big influence in my financial stability.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;It amuses me that people get so uptight about this timeframe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Being a Q customer for 38 years, I finally learned:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ship return items myself using USPS with a tracking number.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items are returned in 2 days, the cost is the same as using a Q return label, and the returns are processed quickly.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Those Q return labels are NO bargain, and the "tracking" for them is laughable.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It costs me $14.00 &amp;nbsp;to ship back 5-6 items at once. My strategy is to order the things I have on my wish list at once, so everything comes at once, and then I still meet the 30 day return policy. For me, it's the cheapest way to go.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Of course, FREE SHIPPING days help also !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I care about the time it takes for a return because I don't like having to keep track for a long time to see if my item was received.&amp;nbsp; Then look at my credit card to see IF and when I got the credit.&amp;nbsp; When I did use a lot of EZ pay it was a pain.&amp;nbsp; Even when small amount of money it is still MY money.&amp;nbsp; It won't break me but it is still $$ and I need it as much as QVC LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use EZ pay anymore and that is one of the reasons.&amp;nbsp; There are other reasons but this is about shipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Mail Innovations is no more than pony express.It's shipped by a company un-related to USPS. &amp;nbsp;It goes where the third party company goes. &amp;nbsp;Companies do not make trips unless it's profitable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm sure Q (like most big retailers) has a contract with UPS, USPS, and Mail Innovations. These contracts reduce costs to Q by at least 50% to 70%.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Macy's surprised me this week. I had to return a pair of shoes. Within &lt;STRONG&gt;1&lt;/STRONG&gt; hour of it being scanned by USP, I received and email saying my return had been processed. And it was a free return. It's the first time I had this happen with Macy's. This is similar to Amazon and a few other companies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
