I get it…@tynabean 🤗

Been there done that. I don’t get all my price adjustments either.

Think of it this way. At least you got the item you wanted before it sold out. Some weren’t as lucky.

I ordered a sweater that went on sale the very next day for $20 less. When I asked for a price adjustment, I was told sorry but you don’t qualify because of the size you ordered. Apparently it was the last one in stock in that size and color. Really QVC? I thought you were size inclusive! Why should it matter if I took the last one or the 99th one out of your inventory? This is a discriminatory policy and is just a desperate excuse to act like you have a price adjustment policy when really you just have excuses not to honor it. This has never been an issue with any other retailer, and I’ve dealt with many.

That is in fact their policy now:

Current promotion code offers, final clearance pricing and/or shipping promotions cannot be applied to previous orders. Limited-Time special offers such as Today’s Special Values, Lunchtime Specials, etc. are valid only during the timeframe stated. If your item is featured as a limited-time special offer within 30 days of your order date, price matching for your item is available only while the limited-time special offer is in effect and is not available once the limited-time special offer has expired. We do not match prices being offered by other retailers; we only match QVC prices for the identical, in-stock item—identical in item number, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. Price adjustments are not available on shipping and handling or tax.

You should check your Wish List with items you bought first thing in the morning, especially for clothing, shoes and jewelry.

This way if something is marked down and your size and color is still available You can get the Price Adjustment. Once customers see something they want in their wish list is marked down they might grab it, and the item you bought within 30 days will be Sold Out.

Hope that makes sense… 🤗

Actually I check my Wish List of items I want and bought at least 3 times a day, because the prices can go down anytime.

If the item you purchased was the last one, then it is SOLD OUT.

It has nothing to do with your particular size.

Sold out items do not receive a price adjustment, because the store philosophy seems to be, keep it at the price you paid, or return it.

Saks and NM also have this policy, and I know even Macy's can be picky at times.

Believe me, it can be hard to swallow when something you really want drops hundreds of dollars the next day. Even if you want to return it and rebuy it at the lower price, they will not do it. (The item must go back into inventory and be recoded.)

So, my approach is I try to be happy that at least I bought something I really wanted in the size that fits me at the price I was willing to pay!

Otherwise, just don't buy an item until you make sure it is priced as low as your budget will allow! The final option is to return it, but then you take a loss on the shipping. I don't return low end purchases--I just donate or regift, but I rarely buy things I have to return anymore anyway.

On FREE SHIPPING Day I bought a LOGO Tshirt on sale for $32.98 reg $36 and just this morning I see it went down another $4 in price.

Now LOGO is MAJOR popular, especially when marked down so I called at 7am before other LOGO fans to get the price adjustment, because I KNOW my size XXS and color Phantom WILL SELL OUT ASAP !! 😂

If I waited till later and it SOLD OUT I would not be able to get the price adjustment.
Here’s how I view it. I’m a good customer, hardly ever return, hardly ever ask for anything. The item hadn’t even shipped and the price difference was $20. I could have easily ordered the S, so then I would have gotten the price adjustment. Because XS is a slightly better fit, I’m out of luck! I see that as being unfair to me because of my size. The intent of price adjustment is clear. The item wasn’t sold out when I ordered it and it was marked down only hours later. To me, it’s about integrity.
