I'm still having to scroll down after I read every reply or try to post

If they haven't fixed this issue yet, I don't have much hope that they will.

I think those pages we have to scroll through may be interferring with sales, too.

This is so frustrating!!!

Just spoke to CS and she didn't even know what BLOGS & FORUMS were. I told her to scroll down and explained it was similar to FB for long time QVC customers and many of us discuss Q products and purchases, upcoming scheduling of shows, price reductions and free shipping days.

Hope that I explained how sales must be affected by those scrolling pages since it's difficult to get on the main site and sometimes impossible to order online. She answered "Uh", so not sure this is even being reported to IT like they say every time I've called.

We're just being bypassed.

This Forum does not seem to be a priority for the Q. In fact, we are lucky it still exists.

Not that long ago they announced it would be closing. They may just want it to fade away this time. Will be interesting to see if these issues will be resolved or not.

It's getting a little better this morning.

I had thought they were just going to let the forums fade into the sunset instead of telling everyone they would be shut down. But maybe not.

And I thought, if they do, I probably would not even look online or watch anymore QVC because most everything I've ever gotten has been someone mentioning on here about something they bought or talking about, It's true.

They can start all the social media they want including blogs, tik tok , online but I wouldn't watch. Maybe a Valerie show but then maybe not. Her prices now are just not attractive no matter how much she wants them to seem so.

And as so many have said, for a company this large, they should have spent some $ on competent IT people decades ago instead of spreading all the same products over and over on every social media and "celebrity" everywhere they could.

I guess they will just keep on with their strategies that they think will be successful.

I know...still off and on for me.

I tuned in this morning and it was working and I thought it was fixed. Then after a few hits, it went back to being wonky. This time it worked. Totally off and on.

Agreed. I think it's best we all don't complain too much, as these may be on borrowed time. Of course I can see why it isn't a priority, and surprised and am happy, that nonetheless, it still exists, for now.

@Shanus Very telling that some who work here aren't even aware it exists...that tells us, perhaps, what a low priority this is. We truly are lucky it still is here at all. But I get it...kind of a pain to scroll between each post, comment etc.

It would be a kind and thoughtful gesture if QVC would let us know what is going on. I would really appreciate that and it would be a good way of showing they care.

Even if they do close the forums down, it would at least leave a favorable impression

of how they view people in general.

top of page of new weird list and click on "skip to footer" on the top right, that will take you to the very bottom and then you only have a little scroll UP.
saves lots of time.

Everyone please realize that this is absolutely a non priority for QVC as it should be. The thought that sales result from this board in 2025 is almost laughable.

Too many people criticize and promote other retailers for the forums to ever be a source of consistent revenue. Then we have those who proudly state they haven't bought anything here in 10 or 20 years.

I know it has become a gathering place and I appreciate that too. But even as the frequent QVC customer and fan that I am, I can see the big difference from 2010 to now. There used to be purposeful conversations about everything from skin care to handbags to clothing with almost zero criticism.

I can attest that forum was a sales driver. I purchased many things like Dooney bags from reading here that I probably would never have bought if not for members here. That hasn't happened in years.

It will be fixed when it will be fixed. They outsource their IT Department, and this board is not a priority. Many CS people don't even know what this forum is. Calling incessantly will not do anything. Not buying will not do anything. Y'all are spinning your wheels...
