How are people getting on here? I try for hours with no success, then get on but kicked out after 2 min, having to start all over.

@Kachina624 Me too. And when I posted a complaint I got flamed by Etoile! I doulbt this will ever get fixed in the next week or more. It's been going on for me for 5 days.

@Kachina624 @Love my grandkids I tried a few times once or twice in the early morning and couldn't get in, then once in the afternoon and again, no go. Just out of curosity, I decided to give it a try just now and got in.

It must be because of HSN blending with corporate and the systems. Who knows how long it will last? One can only guess!

I get on sporadically. However...I also get a message that I am "locked out" because I have "tried my password too many times".

Same problem here. Once in a while get on but when I backspace out of a post, I get gobblygook.

@ciao_bella. That's 2hat I thought at first but after 4 or 5 days and no explanation, I'm doubtful. If there was a logical excuse, I'd understanding but not with silence.

@Kachina624, I haven't experienced being kicked out, but often the pages are reformatted to the point where you need to scroll down about 2/3rds of the page to read the forums.

If you're getting the long menu list of categories, at the top right is "Skip to Footer". That will take you to the bottom of the page, then scroll up a bit and the forums are visible. Quicker and easier than scrolling the page down to find them.

However, when they're being wonky, you have to do that every single time you choose a thread topic. And you never know when you click on something if you'll have to scroll or it will be normal (which it sometimes is).

Yep, frustrating. And hopefully it gets fixed soon. But better than no forums at all.

Yes, both the moderators and customer service have been notified several times. Moderators have deleted some threads, so yes, they've been here too.

I come in through the main Q home page. When I get the forums, I sign in immediately as usual, which signs me in here and into my Q account. I haven't had any trouble signing in, just having the time consuming scrolling issue.

Allow me to quote what I posted to no one specifically in the thread you referenced.

I highly doubt the glitches of a message board are a priority to this company. I prefer to accepting things as they are and be grateful the forum still exist."

If you find that a flame, perhaps you have a lack of tolerance to a very low heat level.
