    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always had a quick return process. After I drop my package I wait one day for the package to be scanned by the post office. I then call CS and ask if my return has been scanned. The reply is always, yes, and my return is issued immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone used the website qvceasyreturns.com recently? I wonder if they still take care of promptly handling processing of returns. Havent used them in a while but I have a raincoat to exchange and in the past they processed the exchange. I wrote several days ago, but haven't heard back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To me an "easy return" means once the item you are returning gets scanned at the post office QVC should issue the refund and email you.&amp;nbsp; The fact that you even have to call to have them release your refund disqualifies the return from being "easy."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's nothing easy about the return process at the Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They have always replied within 5-7 days letting me know my refund has been processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;They advise me to return the item to avoid being billed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Very easy for me. I always take the package to the US Post Office within the week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think they have an excellent team who truly want to provide a high standard of customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
