Why in the world would you not cook--- thoroughly--- especially chicken---???!!! You can't tell me they don't have the time before presenting----hope the hosts don't taste it that way---just dumb!!!! But then a partly cooked piece of meat does give off a whole lot more juice than when it is cooked---but bloody juice is gross and disgusting----don't get it!!!

Google chicken that is pink. If chicken is pink it does not mean that it is necessarily under cooked. In my opinion if it is pink I would not eat the chicken but maybe the hosts know it is fully cooked and does not matter th them.

Chicken cooked to 165 degrees is safe to eat. Sometimes chicken remains pink even though it has been throughly cooked.

This is due to mylogobin that is more plentiful in very young chickens.

You can not tell if a chicken is cooked long enough by the color of the meat. Always use a thermometer when in doubt.
