      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I received the same email. &amp;nbsp;Fortunately, I don't buy as much or make returns often anymore. &amp;nbsp;I prefer the way it was but can do other, if needed, as long as printer works. 😉 Not sure on using QR code...ok, if it works as well. &amp;nbsp;This could be a problem for older shoppers who have been a large base of QVC.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;Based on the weight of my returns, I usually write my own label.&amp;nbsp; Most of the time, except for shoes, the cost is lower than the $6.95 they charge, so not having a label enclosed isn't a big deal to me. On the occasion I return shoes, I will print their label.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maybe , they have add&amp;nbsp; AI to process&amp;nbsp; returns/exchanges .&amp;nbsp; Maybe&amp;nbsp; this&amp;nbsp; will improve the Exchange process because as it stands now , numerous&amp;nbsp; items I had sent back as Exchange have been processed as Returns&amp;nbsp; and have been charged&amp;nbsp; the return fee each time&amp;nbsp; which&amp;nbsp; inturn causes an extra step for me to contact CS to get a refund on wrongly&amp;nbsp; chraged return fees.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't know why as they are a busy place and take USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;So if I went the QR route I would need to go somewhere further away which is a nuisance&amp;nbsp;to me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I am having work done on our basement and we moved the printer to an upstairs bedroom.&amp;nbsp; I need to have my son help me this weekend to get it working again.
