Nothing this place sells is essential so they should be wooing customers, not driving them away.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't think their website problems have anything to do with HSN. Why would it? They are and plan to remain, two separate companies. There don't seem to be problems with HSN's site.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I don't think it has anything to do with tariffs. They're selling what they have, or should have, in stock. Not what's arriving on some ship at some point in the future.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;There have frequently been problems with this site, and with the orders. One glitch after another. Now they've been magnified to the point of impacting sales for more than two days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They need to put their money where it's required of a good, reliable, secure retailer.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get one order in tonight.. However, I had to try several times. I keep getting the qvc.com is not working page about half the time, even when just checking on the arrival date of some orders. Very frustrating. I always use the rebate sites when ordering which is why I use the online ordering instead of calling. I also think it is faster.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/7445"&gt;@beach-mom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - On Thursday evening - CA time - I placed an Auto-delivery order for the Peter Thomas Roth TSV.&amp;nbsp; Received a confirming email from QVC stating it was Auto-delivery and I looked at the order summary and it said Auto-delivery.&amp;nbsp; Because I was having so many problems with the website when trying to place my order, I called CS to verify that the order went through and that it went through as an AD.&amp;nbsp; I was told that it had.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the order was not showing up on my Auto-Delivery page like my other AD items.&amp;nbsp; I waited until Sunday morning and checked again and it still wasn't showing up on the AD page, yet the item had shipped.&amp;nbsp; Once again I called CS and was told that she would "expedite' the matter to the IT Dept and that I should wait 5 business days for it to be resolved.&amp;nbsp; If it wasn't resolved, then I should call back.&amp;nbsp; Out of curiousity, I tried to check tonight but couldn't get through online to the AD page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I tried to buy the Joan Rivers TSV online several times today, but even though iy shows up as available, every time I hit add to cart it says just sold out &amp;nbsp;I am not calling because I am not sure I should get it. &amp;nbsp;So I will let go.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;But yes, I would have probably checked out if I could have. &amp;nbsp;My guess is the jacket will be available all summer for just a couple of dollars more, since other people probably can't shop either. &amp;nbsp;So I will delay and maybe not buy, if I don't need. &amp;nbsp;I do have other jackets, and a different one from Susan Graver on my wish list at a lower price that will serve the same use.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The TSV went up $10, but I won't be surprised to see it go down again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
