For a long time this morning I was unable to access qvc.com period. Nothing. This is becoming routine on free shipping days.

I suppose HSN will be using the same phone system. That'll be a disaster for sure.

QVC has more glitches in their website than any other retailer I have used. It's a disgrace.

my order went through this morning then I got an email to say you left items in your cart .When I checked they were on my order list .

I also found navigating the site very slow .

I agree the IT dept here is terrible compared to other shopping oline stores

I would never call you crazy (never say never...ha, jk), but on a serious note I've watched a lot of QVC on TikTok and they're doing great over there. Not sure I'm happy about it since the last thing I need is to spend even more time there.

I had a notice for code Aprilshowers15 for a discount. I tried it several times today...on products that were within the scope of the code usage..and it never worked. why botther sending a code if I can't use it. A few of my AD orders don't show as AD and I've tried for a month to get that corrected. I'm told it's a system issue and they are aware. Aware..but not fixing it.

But hey--there's tik toc shopping now! I'd prefer less tik toc hype and more focus on getting the process they already have to work.

Two days of QVC.com down. I prefer to order on line to get my rebates. I expect issues on a free ship day but again today? Seems Q has issues with online ordering? How is that appealing to order?

I'm having a ton of problems today also. Can't even sign in half the time. I did a live chat and they told me to refresh the page or clear my browser. did that and still didn't work.

Then asked me if I tried another browser. NO.

this is too much trouble. If they keep this up...why bother to even look at the page.

I will be saving money LOL
