Exchange pains

I have only done an exchange twice and both times it was not easy! I got the items after 3 weeks but this last time I was partially refunded my 1st easy pay and charged again for the exchange. Now we'll see in a few days if they indeed corrected the problem....

@bargainsgirl. They don't charge anything for an exchange. If a mistake was made, that's what CS is there to explain or fix.

They can't help if you don't call.

I have the opposite problem. Twice I have received refund for an exchange item. Got the exchange AND refund. Sigh. Means I have to call them and make sure I am not charged TWICE.

One of the reasons I don't do easy pay anymore. Too much of a pain to figure out and keep track of everything.

One big reason I stopped buying from te Q over 12 years ago, could not put up with returns and exchanges, I do buy from HSN, mostly Beauty items.

I always call first thing when there is a mistake..

Absolutely. Easy pay does not work for me!!!
