I stream qvc on roku but now am only getting auto and no picture. Any advice?

Go to system settings so you can restart your Roku.

If that doesn't work find the reset button on the Roku. Press it to reset or you might need a pin or something so you can press it to reset.

You could always unplug & plug back in if your plug-in is easy to get to.

@caldwellmother, were you able to find a solution? I just checked through my Roku and there was no problem. I just usually watch it over the air.

Do you have Prime? You can stream it on Prime by going to Live TV.
