      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I would avoid calling at night or on a weekend unless it was an absolute emergency. &amp;nbsp;Monday mornings are tough for all chat/call/customer centers since others also wait. Try again 10-11 Monday morning or afternoon.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying live chat for 3 days, not working. &amp;nbsp;I emailed their customer service no response after 3 days. &amp;nbsp;Trying to get my refund. &amp;nbsp;My order status does not show my return has been received but I have an email from QVC saying they received my return. &amp;nbsp;This has been 10 days now and it's a substantial refund and almost time for the next easy pay to hit. &amp;nbsp;I think this is intention on their part.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33572"&gt;@Sharbou&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The only Live Chat I can do is on a desk top with Fire Fox AND disabling my blocker.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Disable blocker on desktop with Edge and it still won't work.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Disabler blocker on laptop and try all browsers and it will NOT work.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Scratching my head about technology all the time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, it is not working at all and I am very upset about it because every company whether you are big or small has Live Chat to help people. How are deaf people supposed to communicate with them if they don't have Live Chat?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telling us to clear History, turn off VPNs &amp;amp; protection programs doesn't work. Tried on all 4 browsers - Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Edge and none worked. Tried on PCs, mobile phones and iPads, still doesn’t work. &amp;nbsp;Up until last week, Live Chat was only available on Edge but now that too is not working which tells me that QVC does not want us talking on Live Chat so they have disabled it entirely for their own reasons and that is upsetting for me as I like written proof to be able to present if there is ever an issue. He said/She said never works out for anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also tried emailing Social Team as I have an order that I never recieved and they haven't responded in seven days. Tried emailing them again yesterday and still haven't heard from them. Tried calling CS and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. Still waiting to hear from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get it to work either.&amp;nbsp; What it tells me is that they are fine taking my money and want to make it harder to resolve issues.&amp;nbsp; I have pulled back a lot on the shopping I do with QVC.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Their prices are ridiculous, and I need to start supporting stores (jobs) in my local community.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just found out today that QVC is aware of Live Chat not working and they are trying to fix it but the problems is that it's been YEARS and that is what they claim to be doing but they never do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a computer software engineer and this is a simple fix if you know what you are doing that will take all of 5 minutes to fix. So either they have incompetent people working on their IT department or for some unknown reason they don't want to offer Live Chat and that is disappointing because there are Deaf people who rely on it and have no other means but to talk on Live Chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a company that prides itself on offering goods &amp;amp; services for the disability, it seems the most important one is lacking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Furthermore, I just spoke to two CS agents on phone and the first had her dogs &amp;amp; kids barking so loudly that I couldn't hear her at all, and the 2nd had her husband or whoever sitting next to her talking on the phone so loudly that I had to hang up in frustration. Seems QVC CS are now all working remotely and that concerns me because the agent who had her husband next to her was going through my payment info. I don't want their family or whoever viewing my personal info. I don't know these people from squat and this is not what I signed up for. Identity theft is real and QVC seems to not be taking precautions at all. That's scary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess, this is where I now part ways with QVC as this is not the QVC I have known for so many years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
