Every time I order something from Q the next day or two we get free shipping. Yesterday it was shoes. Few days ago it was the TSV trench coat.

I only order when it's free shipping. I received my first LOGO item, a sweater which I love. Went back and ordered a different LOGO sweater, again under $30.

Well, you can count me in on bad luck . The same has happened to me several times . Would much prefer getting a free shipping coupon as they used to send out occassionaly years ago.

I'm ambivalent on today's free shipping since , I too ordered the TSV rain coat & another item just 2 days ago and paid $5.50 shipping on the TSV .

Haha, I'm the same but I never see anything I want on free shipping day but never fails that the next day I always see something I really want.

Never fails @abbeydabby . I also purchased a few things this week. I wasn't expecting another free shipping today this soon since we just had one on President's day.

It's okay though. If I would have waited, my size may have been sold out.

I think this is less about customers and more about the shareholders of QVC's parent company Qurate.

Earnings have been down and the new report is to come out in early April.

They need to boost sales, and what better way than to have free shipping on a Saturday?

I think the 2024 financial report comes out this Thursday (along with some layoffs I presume). But you're right, QVC isn't being generous. They are trying to move merchandise.
