No free shipping on "as is" fashion today

I saw the free shipping on all fashion banner on the QVC homepage. Went to buy some of the "as is" fashions on my wishlist but all show shipping cost. I do see in tiny print on the banner an asterick with "details". I can't find the details anywhere but I am guessing the 'free shipping on all fashion" really doesn't include all, at least not "as is" items.

I can understand if, on the rare, rare, oh so rare chance I get a discount code that a discount wouldn't be good on As Is items.

I don't understand no free shipping.

QVC, do you want to move your merchandise, or not?

I see no exclusions to the free shipping. I would contact the social team for an explanation.

@dollgal Same with me. I was going to order the white D&Co wide leg beach pants for an upcoming vacation but no free shipping. Not a big deal but II decided not to order them.

I wanted to order a couple hats. One hat wasn’t showing Free Shipping, so I called CS.

The rep said it definitely should be and it wasn’t working for them either, so they manually adjusted it for me.

This happened last Saturday too, when they had a "flash" free shipping on "everything" until 3 pm (they did it again on Sunday, as well).

I called CS because I was being charged $3.50 on a "As Is" Denim and Co jacket and $5.50 for a "Lunchtime Special" IHKWIP backpack.

Customer service rep said there was nothing they could do, those items are excluded.

Thursday night during Kerstin's farewell extravaganza they had 5 EZ pays on "everything".

Tried to get a Kim Gravel Jacket with 5 EZ pays, was only showing 3. The jacket is on "Clearance".

Again, CS said they couldn't give me the EZ pays. Clearance not included.

No where is there small print on these "events", coupons yes - there's stipulations, events no.

Not surprising with the way things are headed with this company.

I understand why people are disappointed when they discover not every fashion item has free shipping. However, it is very common that special priced items are excluded with other discount offers. This goes with every online retailer I have ever dealt with.

I too tried to purchase a couple items that were As Is. I saw that they were the only items that had shipping charged. It really wasn't that big of an issue. I removed them from my cart and will wait until EVERYTHING is on free shipping and this does happen occasionally. I am just happy I got free shipping on clearance items as well as my 15% off on the TSV.

We should be thankful there was free shipping on some items. I will take that any day. Again, QVC is not the only retailer that has exclusions on special events. In fact, every business I have dealt with always has exclusions, and these can be a huge long list.

YES other online retailers have restrictions like The Q.

LL Bean recently had a bunch of great sales (20% off) but you had to sign up for a Bean card. 🥴 Nothing if you already had their card though. 😩

Some retailers are even more strict with their deals and mention FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS !! 😝

The Lunchtime and Primetime Specials TODAY are ALL Free Shipping if they are a fashion, jewelry or handbag.

I know because I bought quite a few! 😂
