wHO AT qvc HAS TO SCREW AROUND WHAT WORKS? i AM LOOKING AT A PAIR OF d^c JEANS AND THERE ARE AT LEAST 5 OR 6 ITEMS TO CLICK ON. NO!!!!! I WANT TO SEE A CERTAIN SIZE, LENGTH AND COLOR BUT YOU FORCE MDE TO CLICK ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM TO FIND WHAT I AM INTERESTED IN WITH SIZE AND COLOR NOT GOING TO DO IT,....NOT INTERESTED IN STRUGGLING TO FIND WHAT I MIGHT BUY. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB WITHIN THE COMPANY BECAUSE YOU DO THIS TO A LOT OF ITEMS AND I AM SURE YOU TURN OTHER CUSTOMERS AWAY. WISE UP

Screaming doesn't help...a lot of posters will skip over when something is written all in caps....as well as a solid block of words.

After separating your mass of words so it's readable, I re-read your comments and still don't know what you mean.

"Force you to click on each individual item" sounds like you aren't familiar with online shopping.

There are many different jean styles, designers and offerings here. They can't all be grouped together.

Perhaps it would be better for you to shop in B&M stores.

@grooms - If you truly need help with solving a problem and didn't just come to the forums to vent, more information is needed. At least provide an item number so others can try to see what you're seeing and provide input and/or assistance (there are dozens of D & Co jeans on the website).

This is the OPs modus operandi. Comes here to vent things that most times aren't issues to anyone else. For this time I'm thinking the lengths are separated and maybe the colors as well. Non issue to most.

Have you bothered to check is some of those "different" jeans were simply for "petites" or "regulars" or "talls" and others were for "dark denim" or "medim denim" or "black" or perhaps even "white" jeans?

If you had thoroughly checked the offerings, you might have had the answer(s) to your questions with yelling on this Forum. Please become familiar with how items are posted before loosing your cool. You'll have a much easier time finding the items you want and people will be happier to help in the future.

I simply guessed at your lack of knowledge of how to use the system this time. Won't do it again! Next time, please be nice!

I know exactly what she means. You have to click on each color separately to find out about that color. There are six colors in regular and then six colors in petites, etc so you have to click on each color to see the size availability. You cannot see which colors are available for each size in one screen. Check the NYDJ jeans. I find it frustrating as well.

The main search bar on your app or the website allows you to clearly search for specific sizes and lengths available. Just type in NYDJ size 12, and length. It will show you all your options available. Very simple.

@ajsidney12 Works every time for me as well. As @San Antonio Gal aptly suggested -- online shopping isn't for everyone.

And I don't think shopping for the right jeans in the mall is much easier (in my experience.)

Well,you could go to a B&M store and try them on. One of our B&M store not longer has dressing rooms. Just a thought about going to a store and trying on.
