    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't post much, but had to share whe happened to me. I had a return, bu no label was with it. I have no printeer, so CS was to send me a label. I got the letter, but no label, only instructions on how to pack the return. I called&amp;nbsp; CS again, said they would send another label. Same thing, no label, only packing instructions. CS ended up sending UPS to pick it up at their cost. After three weekd, finally&amp;nbsp; got the return sent back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I get the Q would not like returns, but we are told we can. I know this has been addressed before but I am really upset with this. How much can it cost them to include a return label when we are paying high return shipping costs and printer ink to get a label. They will mail you one but it takes time and sometimes too long. Just don't get it. It seems that they hope you will keep the item rather than go through the trouble to return.</description>

Then multiply it by 52. That's a lot of money for paper, production, printers, ink, packaging, employee costs, employee benefits, time, etc etc. It would easily cost them hundreds of millions or more.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The U.S. corporate way is to look at the bottom line for themselves, not cost or convenience for customers. It's not going to get better for customers given policies of those who won elections all over the country. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have mixed feeling about this topic.&amp;nbsp; I, personally, have no problem printing a return label if one was not included.&amp;nbsp; I have a computer and a printer so its not a big deal for me However, I think of my elderly mother who would have no idea how to print a label or even go online for that matter.&amp;nbsp; She would have to call and have one sent and even that would be a hassle for her at 90. So, I can see where some are upset about the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to go online and then print out yourself.&amp;nbsp; That being said, yes it is more&amp;nbsp;convenient when you have an exchange or return&amp;nbsp; to have the label accessible. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Wish they had an option&amp;nbsp; when you order as to if you need a return label printed as an option as&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT size="4"&gt;they have with VP.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;This would help those who don't have a printer .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Must say you have to watch the return labels if they sent multiple items in one box . I sent a&amp;nbsp; shirt back as return last yr&amp;nbsp; which had come in a box with other&amp;nbsp; items and used the label that said $8.95 .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Not for everyone, I realize - but my last few returns generated a QR code that was emailed to me - I just took my box to the post office (all taped up and ready to go) - they scanned that QR code, printed a label, affixed it on the box and gave me a receipt.&amp;nbsp; I really like getting a receipt.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When I received an item it was defective. I had no return label or access to a printer. After calling QVC to get a label shipped to me the rep said that QVC was going GREEN. Why doesn't QVC spend more money on updating their software and become like Amazon? Returns could be processed by by scanning a QR code on your phone. Orders can be placed on your computer 24/7, no one is sent a nasty letter for too many letters, eliminate hosts/vendors keeping costs down. Change your name, you're are no longer any of those initials.&lt;BR /&gt;Once you come into 2025 you will become a competitive company, otherwise Amazon, eBay and other companies are going to make you obsolete.</description>
