If anyone has a Crumbl near them, their cookies are at least $6/each. They're franchised so there can be price differences, but that's what they are here. The cookies at Crumbl are smaller and are just ok. The ones being discussed here also need to be shipped so there's that too.

We all spend our money as we see fit. It's no one else's business. Leave the judgement at the door.

I haven't ordered these cookies (I know local gourmet cookies/baked goods can easily cost that), but I have ordered other food items from the Q and I'm certainly not a fool.

Care to share some of the non-essential things you spend your money on?

@jlkz - When someone calls others a fool for spending his/her money on something they think is worth it, I'm always curious about what that person deems worth it.

It seems a logical question to me. (For instance, I might not spend $200 on a handbag or a pair of shoes, but I wouldn't consider someone who did a fool.)

And calling others a "fool" seems snarky to me, if not downright rude.

At least I save alot of time on Wednesdays. I am not at all interested in ANY food item sold on tv. Prices are simply out of control. They must sell alot though...so much for people complaining about inflation...these prices are definetely inflated!!!

My local grocery store sells jumbo cookies for $7.99. And they sell. And they're not as large as these. And they don't provide free shipping.

When I read these comments about the price of food items here, I think that some must not send mail order treats to loved ones.

I don't think spending $30 is too much to spend to let someone know that I'm thinking of them, but that's me.

I think it's how you approach your life. I remember back in the 80's spending a ridiculous amount of money, at that time, for a Mrs. Fields oatmeal raisin cookie at the mall. And the cookies were not huge as they are today. But...it made me totally happy to eat it and would make my day.

IMO, you should be able to prioritize some joy on an expensive cookie. Life is short, buy the cookie and eat it.

You find joy where you can. I used to order the holiday Germack, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Maybe these cookies are the bee's knees. For me, it's a bit too pricy, but I wouldn't call anyone a fool, or anything else, who bought them.

I ordered that Landie's Pretzel TSV. I've never had them, so I'm looking forward to them.

@Qvcmeow - Your post made me smile. I just ordered the holiday Germack earlier tonight! No idea what they'll be like, but I felt in need of a "treat".

I had the Germack Summer Mix a few months ago and loved them. Unfortunately, the two jars disappeared really fast for some strange reason (and I was the only one eating them). I've resisted buying another set of those tonight.

With the weight of these cookies and free S/H its not terrible for a special gift. These aren't meant to be in your cookie jar daily
